Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all users of Certiva Academy and related services. Breach may lead to suspension or termination.
2. You must not
- Share accounts or credentials, or let another person complete your assessments.
- Cheat, plagiarise, or misrepresent how work was produced.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute course content, certificates, or the Certiva mark.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to breach security.
- Misuse the platform to harass others or violate others’ privacy.
3. Data & safeguarding
Where the service involves student data, users must follow the school’s instructions and applicable law. Report any safeguarding or security concern immediately to [email protected].
4. Enforcement
Certiva may investigate suspected breaches and suspend access. Serious breaches may void certification and be reported where required by law.
