Certification Mark Usage

This is a template prepared for Certiva and is not legal advice. It will be reviewed by qualified counsel in each operating jurisdiction before it takes effect.
1. The mark
The “Certiva AI-Ready” mark signifies current accreditation. It is owned by Certiva and licensed to accredited schools for the accreditation term only.
2. Who may use it
Only schools holding current Certiva accreditation, for the accredited school(s) named in the agreement.
3. Permitted use
- On the school website, prospectus, and communications to indicate current accreditation.
- With the correct wording, e.g. “Certiva AI-Ready Accredited — [valid to date]”.
4. Prohibited use
- After accreditation lapses, is suspended, or revoked — the mark must be removed promptly.
- Altering the mark’s colours, proportions, or wording.
- Implying Certiva endorses products, or that individuals are “accredited” (people are “certified”).
5. Visual standards
- Use approved artwork only; maintain clear space and minimum size.
- Display on white or navy backgrounds; do not recolour.

6. Enforcement
